In my humble opinion YES. I regret that my sponsor never wrote to me not even as a group mailing but my Co sponsor and two of my upline team members did write me in both individual and group mailing. My Co sponsor welcomed me to SFI and looking back on it now I feel that I am valued as a person and not just one of the bunch.

I think that an ecard is even better because it even has nice pictures that get more attention than just words.

Hi there
Worthwhile is not sending only individual or group mailings to new PSAs
worthwhile is also to send them sms messages if you see that they are inactive for more than 2 days
first when you see new Psa at your geneaology you contact them through Group teammail, personal email , via chat and i advice you to get their cell phone numbers
Belive me better lose some small bucks sending sms messages which they will be reminded some times during a week than sending electronic mails

It is important to let your PSA's know they are important to you. I always send an individual email once I have been notified that I have a new PSA on my team. I also make sure I send them ecards when they make their goals or EA status. Along with the individual emails I send out group mailings 3 times each month to let my team know about new things happening with SFI as well as helpful hints to help them strive for the best in SFI.

Hello
This is a very good question.
I have been asking myself the same thing too, but I realized that it's much better for you as a sponsor to new affiliates you personally sign in, to write them and send an individual letter.
First of all you welcome them in SFI and in your team,
You will explain the work in SFi and TripleClicks more specifically if you send personal email than in the group mailings.
You can send your PSAs greeting tips, welcome letters.
I think that

Welcome letters are a very good thing if you market SFI well first.

If you use just a short income marketing blurb to hook them without explaining in your ads that it takes effort and logging in everyday; otherwise PSA's will think that it is a get rich program and log in and 5 minutes later log out never trying to figure out what it was so your email will never be read either.

However if they are interested your welcome message can help them greatly!

In my welcome

Jovan, in my personal opinion, too many welcome letters can be iriitating.

We already have a welcome letter designed for PSA's as soon as they join.

I usually try to chat with them as soon as I am notified, or leave a message saying "Ïf there is anything I can do to help you start, do let me know...."

Then the next message /mail goes out as soon as they register or take some action on their To - do list. I just LOVE the E-Cards, and am waiting to use

In my opinion the best option is to create one welcome letter template and send it to each PSA separately. Write it as a word document, save it and just copy-paste when necessary. Easy and fast.

The letter, besides the welcome message, should include basic introduction to SFI, information on how the business works and instructions on how to start and what to do at the very beginning, for ex. Fast Track.
After that you will create your own way of communication as necessary, send

In my opinion it is best to send a personal email to each new PSA. The fist contact with your new affiliate should introduce yourself and offer a one in one approach to let your PSA know that you have a genuine interest in their success. Any replies to questions from your PSA should be personally answered as well. Notes of support can be sent through team mail.

Greetings! What I like to do is send out a copy and paste group welcome to my new PSA's and CSA's.

I have one welcome prepared for each group. I also like to send it right away but find if I wait until closer to the
end of the day, then I can send one mailing. But I only do this when i know I have a bunch coming in. As in a
situation where you might win or purchase and have large quantities of signups coming in. But, if it is from the Co-op,
then it is usually

In Be An Awesome Sponsor, in order to create a big income via duplication, this is a 'must'.

Via genealogy using team mail, PSA or CSA Mailer. This is recommended by SFI.

Personally, I would say sending individual letters to new PSAs would be a great choice. Your personal touch, opening your lines of communication, getting to know them individually, will allow you to cater to each and every single PSA in terms of assistance and services. Different person may need different
