Not only is it worthwhile, but imperative we should always send a new PSA an individual
welcome letter, we do not want to send mixed-signals, I state this because we may have
156 CSAs for three months per se and today we receive 1 PSA, we should put our attention toward the newest member of our SFI Team and not only that, but give them some kind of security that you care about them as an individual, and then show them they are just as important as the ones you already have on your TEAM!

Hello John, you can send a group message to your new PSA. Then see their email address and then contact them individually. U have dozens of new PSA that arrived in a short time to prepare the message and then just sent. Be sure to name the title of the person to whom you're talking to. Have a great day

The best thing would be to take care not to bother them. Let them bear the struggle by themselves. They WILL take care to ask you something in case they need, don't worry. However, if you feel the need to communicate with them and realize this can motivate them enough, then you can write them individual messages. Usually, a weekly significant and useful for them group letter would be more than enough. To tell you a secret, I rarely receive a weekly letter from my upline.

I suggest sending individual welcome letters to all new PSA's, with introducing words and explanations of getting started.
Also you should send group mailings, with all 'tips' and advice for them. Later you should send more guidelines to help them in work and improve their position above the green line, individually.

It is not only worthwhile to send individual welcome letters but it is also imperative to their success. Most people come to a business such as ours with a lot of disillusionment. As the sponsor, you should take it upon yourself to make sure that your team has the greatest chance of success.

Even if you as the sponsor is relatively new, you have something to offer to your team because you sponsor them and not the other way around. The best thing a sponsor can do is tell their story.

This is a great question, but I am going to give you a mixed answer.

I think it is worthwhile to send individual letters to new PSA's. Getting that letter personalized might mean the difference between a tire kicker and someone who will actually work the system.

On the other hand, new PSA's are already getting a greeting from you when they first sign up. You do not want to come off as being pushy or just trying to sell them something. It really bothers me when I hear from my

It is essential to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs. Team Leaders have been provided with beautiful Welcome e-cards that are handy and easy to use.

What is more, constant communication is vital for both Team Leaders and new PSAs. If you add individual touch to your relations, you are likely to achieve better results. Personal attention is always a great way to get successful reciprocation. I am really fond of the tip e-cards which help to monitor each individual VP Ledger on

I personally feel, that it is always, a good idea to send individual welcome letter, because when you personally contact them, they will give more importance & listen to that more than a group mail.

It is always a good practice to setting up a welcome letter which will be automatically send to each PSA when they join. Because you can't stay online every time when a new PSA joins in. So, having a good welcome letter set first up is very good. Apart from that, sending an individual welcome

That is a good question!
From my experience, individual welcome letters are better. Your personal appeal, one to one , indicates that this is a real job, with real people. You should gave new PSAs motivation to go on and first information about what they have to do in first 24 hours, and explain the benefits of SFI !
Yes, you can send group mailings, if you have many of new PSAs in same time, they are very good for that situation.
The most important is to do it immediately. Be immediately

Some days we are very busy..and sending individual welcome letter taking more time that group mail. But I think individual letter, calling your new team member with her/his name is more personal. I'm sure people can feel our words. They loged in for the first time, don't know where to go, how to start and at least what we can do is to say a warm personal Hi.

Good luck.
