In my opinion -that is your choice! Use your intuition , or try everywhere, there is no rule at all. You may surprise yourself!
There is many option indeed.

1. Make add to your country. This have a great plus because you easier contact and communicate with your affiliate in own language.

2. Look on list of most active counties! This is now first 10:
1.India
2.United States
3.Philippines
4.Pakistan
5.Nigeria
6.South Africa
7.Serbia
8.Bangladesh
9.Indonesia
10.Canada
( Everybody is more or less familiar with English language)
3. Try in countries there are no so many active affiliate...maybe just you be that one who make the change!

There is no regulations! If you are committed to work and if you have a good way of advertising- unique and interesting- it will work everywhere. Only sky is a limit...this is a basic rule of SFI!

Few days I think about your question. It interested me because I did not think about students as a separate group. I did a little research in the area where I live. I found this:

1. College students with less obligations, need income , but they want a quick result! Question they ask was: can I get money next week..or faster!

2. Collage students , on much more the demanding colleges, they don’t have time for serious work above their studies , and they are very dedicated to theirs work and education. They need some income, yes, but short on time and interests.

SFI is not a part time solutions for quick money. The group that you chose is perfect for work and study…but (no offense that's only my opinion and some information I got) it is a better to chose one who finished their collages and still don’t work, or one who already work by not in way their wanted to do!

All of them are enchanted about auctions. For this, they do not have money, and there is a good chance for advertising.

The idea that they can earn by themselves money for auctions – this is one they like.
So I think it's the best for that population- explained that this is working on computers, they are own boss, and earn money …in some interesting flyers with tips for first steps of SFI.
That young people could be near future liders, and they need to know that. It is a good motivation!

Until I find SFI!
I agree that are people who actually have a natural talent for leadership. But what happens if they are not doing anything to approve that? If they do not try to do something? That is not reason why others can be leaders too! Leaders are not only born, leaders are becoming!

This is right kind of leaders! The one who become! One who learn, trying, do their best, and lead people by example ! Strong Future International give you chance!! You are working for yourself, helping other to do their best, and if you are following your dream by doing your favorite job, what makes better example to other?
What they see in you? Person worth following! Leader! Simply as that.

I believe that you are great leader for your team! Ask them! You may surprise when you hear that ! But…. You make team! You gave them opportunity ! You lead them.
And you are the best!

Answer is : EVERYTHING!
1. I will read e-mails at start- now I know why is that so important
2. I do not register than miss first 3 month!!!
3. I do not miss FAST TRACK- if I read, I will know that!
4. I never be eliminated from the E 365 challenge
5. If it happened ( not likely) –I will come back- there is a second chance!
6. I save some of VP from Launchpad for next month
7. I put Standing order in second month
8. I start advertise first, or second month
9. Before any of that I will READ, LEARN and learn, and learn!
10. I will follow news and Forum at start

There is a more, but that all have one same thing together: read at start, learn at start, realize what you do, why you do , recognize the great chance in this business and then – only sky is a limit!

From my experience, individual welcome letters are better. Your personal appeal, one to one , indicates that this is a real job, with real people.You should gave new PSAs motivation to go on and first information about what they have to do in first 24 hours, and explain the benefits of SFI !
Yes, you can send group mailings, if you have many of new PSAs in same time, they are very good for that situation.
The most important is to do it immediately. Be immediately available to react! This will ensure good start for them and working PSA for you.
