It is very worthwhile to send a welcome letter to all new affiliates. I personally send all of my new affiliates a welcome e card .by sending an e card with a non generic message.will give them the notion that a real person is writing it and n Po t a robot auto response.also if they are still online I tryto eengage chat.hope this is helpful.

My opinion is that as quickly contact the new member and to be instructed how to do this job, because I look at the many ways to get in touch with them if I see that there is no answer, I send a message otherwise. example Send Mail and people somehow do not check it often so it does not fit, contacting the SFI message or find him on FB. I can almost always get in touch with your PSA ... in my opinion is not enough just to send a group message to their PSA should be a little more effort on new members

In my opinion it is worthwhile to send individual welcome letter to new PSAs becoze it will give honour to him.Also his thinking about his/her leader will be more batter and may possible he would be a future example for his/her team.By sending group mailing to PSA will not more effective.May be he will not consider it so important.there are many other sources are available to inform i.e .Facebook,Twitter and whatsapp, but most effective is the individual welcome letter.
The best thing to do is to writer a personal letter.
So the new PSAs file that are important.
In a individual letter you can get personal with the newmembers and ear there trust. This will make theme more obligatet to work.
Group maling is good only for welcome letters.But even in group wailing you have to change a few worlds so the person reserving it doesn't fill neglected.

Yes it is worthwhile to send out individual welcome letters to your PSAs , that way you don't get mixed up with the names of your PSAs, and it makes your PSAs that little bit more comfortable with you within the website,.
So it is better to send out individual welcome letters rather then the group mailing.
So far my knowledge is concern, it is very important to welcome your family member “PSA” or “CSA” in your family. Individual welcome is also valuable and boost for them so that they will feel like a home you will be considered head of the family. Through sending the mail to your group, you may ask for any assistance.
The only time I send a group mailing to new PSAs or CSAs is when they all speak the same language. Starting out with SFI can be confusing, so I try to send the Welcome Letter in their language. When I do mail to a group of new affiliates, I address the email to one affiliate and BCC the rest.
I think the best way to send a separate message to each PSA.
The message can be standard and written in your native language and English,
depending on the country from which the PSA. Be sure to pay attention to the beginning of the message disclose this dog's name to whom you are talking.
