In my opinion it is worthwhile to send individual welcome letter to new PSAs becoze it will give honour to him.Also his thinking about his/her leader will be more batter and may possible he would be a future example for his/her team.By sending group mailing to PSA will not more effective.May be he will not consider it so important.there are many other sources are available to inform i.e .Facebook,Twitter and whatsapp, but most effective is the individual welcome letter.

Now a days peoples are bothering you on your good achievements and try to make you confuse from your buisness. I would suggest,continue your correct path and don't listen to any one.also don't afraid from their ideas. If you continue trying to get your goals which you have set before, a time will tell you, where you are standing? At that time you must take suggestions from your down line,as well as upline.only this is the way to come out from crowed.

As per my little experience of about 50 days with SFI I am GTL.My reason of success in SFI is to give my full devotion towards SFI.Many of my friends are saying that its all Fraud (SFI) as its happening on net now a days.you are just wasting your valuable time.but without listening their argu I continued my journey to achieve my goal.2ndly you keep your downline strong, teach them by PSA, CSA mailing and by monthly meeting.here without sharing my good news which I got from SFI in a short period is, I achieved level 4 in leadership challenge,2014.its all due to my full devotion and my strong downline.Here, I would must mention that without support of your sponsor and upline your success is impossible.at the end I would also suggest invest a little amount each month to get your success and ewards for your home buisness.
