It is very important to send a message of welcome to each PSA, the message they welcome the SFI, write some basic instructions how to do the fast track or the initial steps, it would be good to send them to the email uputue short, ulozorite on the green line and write about launchpad lessons, it would be good to them and send e-cards welcome to see that they get a sponsor who cares for them and is ready to help
Group mail is sent throughout your team means it includes your PSA members, members

Yes I think it worthwhile to send them a welcome letter to let them know that you are willing to help them to navigate thought SFI. If they has any question I thing it will be comforting to them that they have a sponsor that they count on to give them the ask. By sending a personal letter it will let you get to know your PSA. As a sponsor you should give your support to every PSA when they are assign to you.

I have used both versions, I posted a message common to all branches, and for each one I gave a message according to their page vp ledger. It took me some time to write these posts, but I like to communicate through writing, because people's whenever it easier to review information they need. In addition, it can better meet my partners and thus can give them proper guidance. So you can learn additional written communication, and if you add your address to Skip, you can even talk online. Important

You can do either but I feel that you should do both. I'm not saying they should say the same thing. Take the time to read what information they have shared, design the individual mailings to the person. The sooner the better - don't wait 3 or 4 days before you decide to contact your new members.

New members are much like small children, they want your attention and they need our help!

This is my take on things

Hello. Yes, it is worthwhile to send individual letters of welcome to the new PSA, where you can personally ask if they need your help, and featured in the best way as you work with SFI. ATTENTION not to send letters too long to not get tired already from the beginning. It is very important to the contents of the letter. Many times new affiliates do not respond to the letters of welcome, but you have to be there and help.

I feel that it is more personal to send them individually then to send a group mail. Since I started to send out personal ones I have had more active members who even write back saying thanks for dropping a line oh by the way how do you do this. It can help to break the ice and some people appreciate this more.

If your PSAs are trickling in I would just send individual welcome letters. However, if you have a lot of new PSAs then group mailings would work better. I also keep on eye on my PSAs to watch their progress. This way I can see who is putting in a good effort in growing their business and which ones are not. The ones that are going slowly I send them an individual welcome letter after about a week and ask if they have any questions. Those that are doing an excellent job I also send them an encouragement

Hi Jovan,

In my opinion, it is best to send asingle letters to your new PSA.
Each of us loves attention and to know that someone is thinking of him and wants to help him. Remember your beginning, you knew nothing about this business and help your sponsor you meant a lot. So feel your new PSA, personal contact will instill confidence and his desire to move as you do.

I hope I helped a little bit
