Is it worthwhile to send individual letters to new PSAs?
I would have to say Absolutely, positively yes. That first contact with your new affiliate is extremely important in establishing your working relationship. You must let them know you are a real person with a face. Group mailings are for training your team, a welcome should be more personal, and SFI has made it extremely quick and easy with the welcome e-card.

When you get a new PSA the better to send him a personal letter of welcome. He did not start as the other. But if you get more new members in one day then you can send a group greeting. Imagine you are in a day and get 10 new members, not to mention that it is 100,200 or even more, why would anyone specifically written greeting, when all holds the same. At the same time you can extract those from your speaking countries and speak to them in your language and those from other areas of voice and speak

Send weekly newsletter throughout your team by your Group Mail!To do this, use the group mailer in Genealogy taboo.
Do not expect too much of returned responses. Instead, stay focused on it at least once a week to send this message.
Keep in mind that the vast majority of people are skeptical about the possibilities of earnings on the Internet. Your consistency will eventually show that the SFI is real, that you are real, and they, too, might want to jump into the train. It is important

I believe: "Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs..." is the question; the other part of the statement is sort of like an excuse isn't it then.
OK, so, Yes of course, but what You really want to know is what should be the content of Your letters.
I would advise using the SFI E-Cards. This method is ever so much more confidential, and
eliminates the "lost" or "forgotten" email issue.
So, what shall You talk about? I have

I always send individual welcome letters to my new PSAs.
That brings me an opportunity to give information to each affiliate more personally in order to start up a good relationship with my team. Our success is common issue for all. Of course it needs more time, but if someone wants to be a good leader the time invested in personal welcome letters can make a better profit.

Hi. Good question.

With group mailings only those who log on can receive them.

So only active affiliates will read them.

With direct email message that goes straight to their email in box.

So when they look at their mail box, your message of welcome
which you have spent an hour composing, re writing, correcting the grammar,
re reading and correcting again, is in their face.

And probably gets deleted without being read!

But

I think individual letter is better than group mailing as individual letters contains name of the recipients which makes a better feeling to them, which is essential to build a cordial relationship with the PSAs. Group mailing is fruitful in case of weekly action to get 30 VP. In addition, in individual letter, we can address individual problems of the concerned PSAs which may differ from one to another. So although it takes some time, yet it is better for getting better result.

I start with an e-card, welcoming them to our team, then follow with a personal email encouragihg them to contact me if they have any questions or concerns and complete their launchpad and to do list each day, which is sent to their email account. They are then included in my emailers, where I send all my downline weekly reminders of how to build their business.

Hello Jovan,

You may notice that it's an uphill task and time consuming to reach out to your new PSAs individually especially when they number in their hundreds but that is the part of the awesome sponsor. However, I am of the opinion that a group email can be sent to them initially then followed by individual followup emails since at this juncture you would have noticed different levels of performance by the affiliates and so the need to assist them according to their differing challenges.

Thank

When I first joined SFI it was the personal email from my sponsor that motivated me to remain with this program. I have had experience with other internet marketing programs, but the feeling was never personal. It was like talking to machines. Nothing seem real. New affiliates must know that SFI is real with real people.
