The most painful mistake that one can make while building a downline here,
or otherwise in many other situations that confront us in life, will have
to be "ignoring the fact that majority of people will not accept your most
well intentioned advice simply because they are *averse to change."

*averse means = reluctant, not easily willing to do something

Do NOT even try to "convince" anyone about SFI being in their best interest.

There are many mistakes that people do when sponsoring their down-lines which could be avoidable. They are as follows:
1. Do not use autoresponder to occupy your downlines email.
2. Do not twist your Affiliates hand about purchasing anything in SFI.
3. Don't be inactive if you want active Affiliates.
4. Don't keep a website you are using for training your downlines unupdated.
5. Respond to any of your downlines email within 24hrs.
6. Always get the right detail of the

The first mistake you want to avoid is choosing quantity over quality. You will have more success with just a few working members than with a lot of inactive ones. So focuse one advertising to atract serious people.

The second mistake you want to avoid is underestimating warm marketing. Gather the list of reliable people you know and ask them to meet to talk over a bussiness proposal.

The third mistake you mant to avoid is,taking you took all inicial actions with new members,is

Hello!
This is a good question.

What you should avoid is as follows:

Ignoring or waiting too long to answer the question your downline asked you to answer.
Always answer their questions as soon as possible, so you build trust in their eyes.

Doing tasks instead of them, you should only give them advice, not doing their job, that way you will make dependents and they will get used to it, waiting every time and won't do by themselves.

Forcing them

The biggest mistake most affiliates make when building their downline is having the assumption that they need to build massive downlines in order to be successful.

NOT TRUE!!

It is far better to have asmall downline of productive PSA'sand CSA's than have a massive downline of affiliates who are doing nothing. You can market your business to attract productive downlines by clever advertising, making sure you are telling prospective sign-ups exactly what they are getting. Be

All affiliates who reach or re-confirm their EA rank status are rewarded with 2 CSAs.

What joy, what happiness this brings to the new affiliate. He is excited, oozing enthusiasms and passion to become an awesome sponsor. In our rush to prove to our own selves and to our affiliate how good we are, we do just the opposite.

Some of the mistakes to avoid are:

Do not overload your downline with information. As it is, all information require for growth are available

A few common mistakes that anyone can make comes to mind:

1. Support your down line as much as possible but don't do the work for them, in other words, "work with the workers not for the workers".

2. Do not inundate them with too much information all at once, adequate help in little
dosses is more effective.

3. We are not all on the same level at SFI, so are the down lines. Sometimes it will be better to give individualised training or support. What

Hi Vladimir,

Every SFI affiliate who seriously wants to succeed in the business needs a very active and viable downline. That is where PSAs come into the picture. The interesting thing about SFI is that every affiliate who has a downline also has an upline. That means someone’s upline is somebody else’s downline. Coming to your question, the “Golden Rule” of that relationship is….”Do not do to your downline what you will not want your upline to do to you.” If you adhere

It is difficult to say what the common mistakes are since what might not work for you could work for me and other way around.
But let me present my view (not as a priority list)
1. Frustration - to be avoided. I remember the excitement with new PSA registering and then a huge disappointment when they do did not move at all. Get over it and keep working.
2. Learning from mistakes - If something is not working check why it is so, and then find a new way. If your downline is not growing

This is one good question and I want to put in my suggestion.

Building a downline is great that is how you build your foundation. They are the foundation of your business. How active they are and how much they put in will strengthen your SFI business. Remember they are people and they need your attention and care.

First and the for most know what language your PSA and CSA speaks. It would be easy when they inform us when filling in their registration and of course most registration
