Firstly you should decide who is going to be a part of your co-op AND if it is going to be free or if you are going to charge for shares.

Secondly decide what method of promotion you are going to use for your co-op link. Are you going to buy S-Builder units or are you going to advertise externally to SFI using your own sources?

I like this question because this is one of the most powerful tool in SFI to encourage affiliates to be active.

Setting up an advertising co-op for affiliates is very important and each sponsor should seriously consider, because this is the only way for us sponsors, can help our affiliates hurdle the most difficult part in SFI which is finding affiliates to attain success.

The best way to set up an advertising co-op for my affiliates is to use SFI Co-op Manager. You need to accumulate at least 1500 VersaPoints each month to use the co-op tool. You can also earn 100VPs for setting up an advertising co-op for your team. SFI provides you with the platform for the co-op and all you have to do is plug in your co-op participants and collect payments.

Using the Co-Op Manager makes setting an advertising co-op for your team very easy. I buy one or two units of S-builder each month and use the Co-op manager to keep everything moving. It is very simple to use. You just designate the key code for S-Builder, add your qualified team members and it does the rest - giving out shares in order!

Well my thought on what are some of the better ways to Organise an advertising co-op for my Affiliates will be as follow:

Email to your fellow PSAS and CSAS to sound out those who Are keen to participate in the CO- Op and thereafter commit to some of S-builder each month as it is an excellent platform to keep generating PSAS for several months and allocate the respective shares to everyone autopilot and we just use the Co-Op manager to keep it in place .
