Also ensure that they have read through the daily Launchpad and not just rushed through it to collect VersaPoints, because this offers a wealth of information and tips surrounding the SFI business.
There is so much to know and learn about SFI that it would be impossible for you to explain everything to them without confusing them. You can try explaining each area at a time, and allowing the PSA to digest the information, but the best training comes from SFI directly. If your PSAs take their time to learn what SFI is all about, it will soon all start to make sense to them.
Also let them know that you are always on hand to help them should there be something they don't quite understand or may need help with.
