I check my genealogy daily to keep tabs of people's progress. You can see from there how much VP each of your team members have. You can also see what rank they are.
You can sort your genealogy to mail separate groups (i.e. sending welcome messages to new affiliates, congratulating those who have made achievements, or encouraging those who need to take more action)
From your genealogy pages you can also transfer TCredits to your downline members or award them with gift certificates.
The genealogy report also gives you a breakdown of how many members you have in each level of your downline.
You can use the geographic tab to get an idea where your members are located and you can use the Reassign tab to reassign PSA's to other members of your downline.
This is an important tool in this business and is constantly improving so keep your eye on it daily
