I think they should offer an online solution. Give people a prestige/custom domain that they can advertise on their blogs, social media, email signatures, etc.
Something like 123456789.tripleclicks.com.
They could even put in a tracking code so they could track the success of this program, like SBuilder Co-op.
There would be no cost for shipping something to somewhere, and anyone could promote this. Members would still have to renew their membership every month.
You might even be able to award extra MRP for every month for the number of hits a domain received in a month.
