The short answer is to never give up. Continue to include them in your weekly Tips and Update Emails. In my two years of experience with SFI I have had affiliates respond 11 months after their initial registration to become active. Not many, but, if you give up on all you may miss those few.
My best recommendation is to keep your Team Messages, as well as, your Where Did You Go messages friendly, encouraging and a reminder of the SFI program advantages. Always keep the door open and let them see your smile in your messages.
