As SFI members we all lead by example...communication is an essential component of leadership. It is important to connect with those working with you as often you can. Remember connecting with people is not based on quantity but quality. Communicate with interest, integrity and authenticity - let your messages express care for their success; provide an idea or reminder what SFI can do for them personally. Appeal to what is meaningful to each member of your down line. as in anything in life - inactivity is a state where the mind is evoked to do but the heart has yet to be motivated...so use your communication with members to help their minds and hearts to be aligned...this is where meaningfulness becomes strong.
