SFI is a real business like selling flowers, a cafeteria or restaurant, and any other small and medium-sized businness. The thumb rule is that a regular business needs three years to become succesful. The first to establish, the second to become stable, and the third to earn. With SFI you do not need too much time if you follow this rules: Keep doing all your tasks (one-time, daily, intermediate and month To-Do), become an EA, and then a TL. Because not everyone has business experience, they do not understand what to do. The most important thing is oneself. Keep going, regardless what your CSA's do. Keep consistent and with perseverance, you will reach all your goals, even in less than a year. Keep going!
