You should send them message via genealogy , if they don't logging in SFI then mail them personally 3-4 times in a week about any good news of SFI like you got any achievement or won auction in least prize or any updates of SFI. Best way to make them active them is to offer Gift certificate and let them know you has organized contest for this month and this is the reward they will get. There are lots of way to attract them like ECA program, priceblander. As much effort you will put that much result you will get.
