The two main problems that affiliates seem to have is lack of money and not being able to recruit as many affiliates as they would like.
I have had success with gift certificates and giving shares to the S-Builder co-op. I set the co-op up as a team co-op in case any one else who is able and would like to join in on the co-op also can do so.
