Quite honestly I used this technique to get inactive affiliates back in the game and I personally think it gives the wrong impression to give a person a reward or incentive for something they didn´t earn. But if this is the way you want to go then I would have to say without a doubt that gift certificates are the most effective rewards for getting inactive affiliates active.Using gift cerficates allows them to have a choice in how they can use it.The next best reward would be tcredits which could be used in helping them gain versa points.
