I suggest that you offer to reallocate a certain number of PSAs to their downline if they become EA - and if they renew their EA rank each month. Once I committed myself to this kind of rewards plan - and to recruiting enough PSAs each month to cover the rewards, my downline sprang into life! The key = RRR: RECRUIT and REWARD by REALLOCATING PSAs!
