First and foremost, I would introduce myself and that I will be his/her sponsor. I will welcome him/her to my team and that her success in SFI will mean a lot to the success of the group. Then inform him/her that I will be happy to assist/answer questions about SFI. I'll encourage him/her to keep on clicking and reading and made sure to complete the to-do list and Launchpad lessons in order to earn Versapoints required to advance to the next rank. I will explain to him/her the different ways on how to make income here at SFI with just reading and clicking. Lastly, I won't forget to tell him/her that success requires patience.
