Although I am really new to SFI, I followed the lead of my sponsor. I immediately contact them and welcome them, saying I am excited to be their sponsor and that I am here to help them succeed. I do tell them that SFI has so many tools available, that for the first week or two, simply log in, do their to do list, and learn all they can so they don't get overwhelmed.
