I open a chat window, I say Hello, Thank them and welcome them to the team. I assure them they have joined a great business. Then I tell them I am sending a proper welcome message.
I then go to their profile and learn a little about them. Where they are from, what motivates them, what is it they want to accomplish with SFI.
I then send a welcome email
1. Telling them about who I am, inviting them to visit me on FB (no business, get to know me).
2. I tell them in terms of their goals/motivations why SFI will help them.
3. I assure them of my help and say, "By way of help may I suggest you do these things to get 500 points this first day, then I include links that they have not done yet per their VP Ledger. I also try to include a document, or a Launch Pad that speaks to their goals or motivation.
4. I welcome them one last time and tell them they can be a free member of my Ad Co-op. I will help them reach the 1500 points and then I will ad them to my co-op.
Signed with Contact info and come visit my leadership page. In my signature I include the same picture I use in my profile so they recognize me in email and in SFI.
