Rating of ourselves will always keep us to a step or two below than what others would rate us. This is also a rule of success as well as a quality of successful person. So I would say I have been helping all my PSAs as and when they want and specially the way they want me to help so they would obviously rate me as the best sponsor but for me I think I need some more improvement and I am referring through lessons of being a good sponsor and will hopefully get something that makes my mind believe what my PSAs want it to.
