First of all,its vital for us to acknowledge the fact that as an affiliate's Co-Sponsor, you'll earn 15% CV commissions on all their purchases every month plus matching VP in the TC pool.So definitely YES,they are part of my team so rewards and incentives are given to them the same as a PSA will have.
If they are getting a transfer of TCredits,Gift Certs etc,they all get the same.For me,apart from the percentage volume difference in commisions from purchases,there is no line drawn between a PSA and CSA.
