I really like this tool as you can use it to help your team by uploading an image to help explain what you are trying to actually say. As there are so many visual learners out there and I am one. Not to mention the language barrier.
I also use it on my leadership page. I use it with my Lightshot, Simply click on the Lightshot tool and select area and "save" and then go to the image tool and upload the item that I saved to computer and then share!
