Hi. One of the things I do is to go to Genealogy on a daily basis and check VP totals. I then go to individual Affiliate VP Ledgers to see where they might not be scoring points. Then I send Tip E Cards to help and encourage them to complete those tasks they are missing out. In between weekly newsletters I send encouraging quotes and quick tips on daily specials, good auction items etc.
Also try to connect on Facebook, Twitter etc so they can get hold of you easily for quick questions and answers. Be seen to be trying to help as much as possible - become their friend!
