Welcome to the Team, Why is that?. Because SFI is based on team work, one can’t be
Succeeded without a team if he/she want to build a successful business.
To me the number one things to have in our team is to have a team oriented associates who
Wants to work together as a team to be successful.
Eager to succeed, desire to work, patient to see the outcome help and share ideas
Together.
Creative mind, open to learn and teach, confidence in their action, strive to be a
Good team leader.
Lead by example, great listener not judgmental, seeing others struggle and difficulties as own.
Give advice when possible and appropriate, and respect others ideas and concern to have
A common solution.
Understand and recognize working as a team is very important and able to lift and encourage
each other to reach desired goals.
Positive thinker, dreamer, great sense of humor as well as kind and sharp mind.
When you have this kind of approach toward your team members and you set the stage to
everyone with enthusiasm they will be happy to follow your leadership roll.
So it is up to you which road you want to take them to be successful in SFI business.
