The most important daily activity that an SFI Team Leader should engage in is to communicate or "check in" with all of his team by group mail and then pay attention to the top performers and the ones who are struggling. What is their score and problems? Who deserves a pat on the back? Remind them all that you are there for them and available. They may not need more than that. And they are the TL "employees," so as a good employer the TL must make his/her presence felt and motivate and commend the staff.
