Well i havent been here as long as most others but i believe the most important thing to do as a TL is setting an example for your downline PSA/CSA lead by example ... communicate /encourage /support when you learn something new let them know , show them that looking outside the box isnt a scary thing , its exciting and a personal growth adventure listen to them and be there for them to build there business , help them be successful and see what happens there success is YOUR success!!
