1. Be there for them and suppor them.
2. Give them some of your good and active PSAs if they don't have any.
3. Teach them about how to market and advertize to recruit affiliates and to generate sales which can help them to purchase their SO since the minimum rank is EA2.
4. Add them to your co op if you have any.
5. Teach them how to build a formidable and strong team.
6. Let them how to be an Executive without investment, in case of some being hard on cash and perhaps you can't offer a GC
7. Let them understand what is at stake, the sacrifice and the commitment and the end time benefits.
Most important way is to be an awesome leader to them.
