Brainstorming can help one build his/her SFI team. Brainstorming can be either done internally or externally. Internally brainstorming is one done with ones upline and downline while external brainstorming is the one carried out with other people outside our team. It requires minimum of two persons to brainstorm. Either way, the purpose for doing it can be achieved. We can use SFI mediums of communication such as SFI instant message or a2a or employ external messaging platforms like phonecalls, Facebook messenger, whatsapp etc.
Starting with internal brainstorming. One brainstorm with upline team members because you need guidance to progress in your SFI business. You need tips to grow like the Leaders above you in the team. In this circumstance, you prepare the questions you need answers to and communicate in advance to the team Leader you purpose. The team Leader gives time to hold such session.
You also brainstorm with your downline for the purpose of helping them grow like you. You also prepare and communicate with the team member/members you desire to hold such session. A time must be agreed on and all is set.
External brainstorming is usually a session between you and someone outside your team. The chosen person can be from the same class or region or a self chosen mentor. One general quality is that the person is doing better than you in SFI. From their displayed badges, it's easy to know this. The process for upline brainstorming can also be employed here.
