How best to utilize it, is to:
1. Follow the plan and its requirements.
2. Begin to raise EA2s and Team Leaders.
3. Look for serious and committed members.
4. Train your team members to become active members.
5. Check your genealogy to locate those who have been committed to maintain their ranks e.g your movers. These are part of your team that you can support to teach or train to build their downline.
Strategies to use for my New PSAs vs Older Ones is to:
1. Know each other's strength and so my attention will vary.
2. Give 70% of my focus to my new PSAs since they are new and they need guidance. I'l help them till they are strong enough.
Since the older ones are not new and have been around to know the system.
I'l understand also the weakness and the strength of the older ones by making myself available to them to support and to give my help in anyway.
I'l treat both parties the same by understanding them both and giving support as it arises.
