Just remember that you have the maintain your email lists. If a member wishes to no longer be in SFI then you must remove them from your email lists. Failure to do so could risk a spam complaint and your account will be frozen.
Outlandish claims and false advertising can land you in hot water too. Just use the info in the SFI approved ads and you will not go wrong. Never violate the use of email and your emails will always be delivered. Follow the rules and when in doubt, don't send the email.
