The the light went on over my head ( just like in a cartoon ) and I think I realized the purpose of the question. You want to acknowledge the difference of your PSA'S status. I think that you should congratulate your new Designated Diamond and share with them your thoughts on what needs to be done to accomplish your common goal. Ask them how you can help them achieve the next step and let them know that you are willing provide the extra help, support and encouragement that they will need. Thank them for accepting your invitation and give them the reasons that you selected them to become a Diamond.
