1. DD Program involves 2 ways commitments.
a) Commitment from the Sponsor to the Designated Diamond; &
b) Commitment from the DD to the Sponsor;
2. SFI invests money in them as a reward for their commitment & achievement over a period of
specified time.
3. As a Sponsor you can invite specified number of people from within your Team to participate
in the DD program.
4. Before sending the invite, please understand who are all promising from your existing as well as
from your new sign ups.
5. Choose them carefully & get them Designated Diamond".
6. There is no need for 2 different strategies for your new and old PSAs. All you have to is:
a) Make them understand the commitment involved, from their side;
b) Monitor their progress on a daily basis;
c) Keep them up dated of developments with SFI;
d) Guide them on ways and means to gather Free VersaPoints;
e) Share with them advertisement sites where they can place their ads to develop their
own Team;
f) Above all, you, yourself remain a Designated Diamond; That itself will act as a Great Strategy
for your DD to feel motivated & work towards achieving their goals.
g) Share with them, how you progress towards achieving your goal;
h) Reassign some of your promising affiliates to them;
i) When possible give them Gift Certificates;
j) Provide them with TCredits.
7. Above all these, please explain to them about the Benefits of Transfer Buying. Make them
understand very clearly.
8. Guide them how it can be put in to effective use. Once they do it, they will follow it month after
month. This way, they will be able to satisfy their family's monthly requirement as well as they
can gather adequate VersaPoint without any additional expenditure.
In short, you will be able to build your Team and grow together with them, to the extent how you are able to explain and make them understand about the DD Program. Your approach can be different depending upon the situation prevailing in your Team. They have to trust you wholeheartedly. Your success depends on this! Be their good friend & make them realize this through your sincere and
honest actions for their growth. No other strategy will work better than this one!!
