The Designated Diamond Program is all about building your team so I believe there's only one strategy and that is to make your team as strong as possible. There are many different ways to this but my favorite is reassigning PSAs.
When you reassign PSAs to someone in your downline, you give him the opportunity to make his team stronger, which in return makes your team stronger. You can use reassignment as a reward so your older PSAs get more than your newer ones or your hardest working ones get more than the slower ones (this is my method).
Be aware not to use reassignment as a way to get rid of sleeping PSAs because that can cause frustration. Make sure you spend the time to assign the right affiliate to the right PSA because it matters! Sleeping PSAs can wake up for many reasons especially with a compatible sponsor.
