The only difference I would use with new and old PSA's is to be sure that I communicate more tips and ideas on how to work SFI and TC with the new members, than I would the old members. Anything to do with DD, both would be treated the same. The fact that both are actively working for the same goals requires that they all be treated to the same communications revolving around being a DD. This puts the responsibility on all of them to achieve separately and together. If the new PSA's don't understand any of these communications, it would be their responsibility to contact you with their questions.
