If we look at the concept of change in general, it is a good thing. It is important things change because it gives you a chance to adapt, learn and grow. People that don't like change usually struggle to take the necessary steps to become successful. With this in mind, let's look at the changes in SFI in 2016:

Simplified VersaPoints rules
All these changes (I prefer to say additions) are already positive on it's own. Milestone shares, Biz Quiz and the simplified VersaPoints rules will make everyone more money. There's no way you can look at this in a negative way because if you simply do the same as you were doing in 2015, you will make more money. The Designated Diamond program is a great opportunity to work closer with your sponsor, which in return will make you more money too. And it will (in most cases) motivate you to work that little bit harder this year to become successful.
So in conclusion, I believe that 2016 is going to be an amazing year. Everybody is talking about changes and how it will affect their business. Let's remember that your business can't be successful without change AND that even if you refuse to change anything SFI has made it posiible to make more money anyway. How's that for change?
