First you should have a look back in 2015 and review all your activity regarding this matter. As our leaders teach us to lead by example and we take them as our closest example in our activity, you should do the same. You are the teacher, you are your PSAs leader, you are the one who advice them so you should be the first one ho applies what you teach . I see you have a S.O., I see lots of very nice badges won through hard work, I see you are active and continuous since 2014 so CONGRATULATIONS! They should follow your example!
Second, you should know that not all of the people are made to be entrepreneurs, leaders, not all of them are willing to invest, some of them are simply not made to have their own business, so it is not your fault if lots become inactive from the first, second, 3rd, 4th ...etc day. Some of the people subscribe just from curiousity and they find out it is not what they wanted. But you still have to go on as you did before: send welcome e-Cards, tips e-cards, weekly e-mails, to stream the same as efore, maybe even more and not just to win the weekly VPs, you have to continue on winning badges and VPs as before or maybe even more, you still have to invest in your own business.
Third, you still have to continue to read, learn and teach as before or maybe a little more, because leaders are readers and they should be informed and they should learn so they could be able to teach others and answer questions.
Communciation is very important and maybe you should consider sending e-mails to those who stopped their activity asking what is wrong, if you can help, you should remind them the reason why they subscribed in SFI,
In the end, a leader, just as a teacher works more with his top people and doesn't waste longer time than he should with the ones who prefer to stay at the end of the class and don't do their homework, he invests time and prices in the ones who show interest and helps them so he would have great results.
