The first and obvious thing to look for is to invite those who are EA2. And continue to sponsor more PSA's that become EA2. I started off my mailing all my PSA's who are not EA2 yet and mentioning that I wanted to add them to the Designated Diamond program but was unable to because they have not reached EA2 yet. Then I proceeded to explain to them how they can become EA and eventually EA2.
Becoming a Diamond Team Leader is a huge step that we don't make all at once. So it's important to provide the road map that will get our team there. And then guide them along the journey each step of the way. The people who see the light at the end of the tunnel will take hold on this and jump on the bus.
