One of the significant facts about these changes is that because you now need EA2's in your team to advance into TeamLeader levels, it causes one to focus on team building rather than simply rising through the levels through their own efforts. This is important because the whole structure of SFI is based on team building to build our business. Without a team we are only spending money here to gain some badges and we aren't earning money.
Finding at least 5 EA's is what will spur the growth of our business here and eventually bring an ongoing, residual income for life. That's one of the main purposes of SFI.
