Since you said, learn, it means it requires training. It means developing your leadership instincts or skills.
To be a good leader is to know how to lead and to become an awesome sponsor to your team members and to do this requires:
1. Understanding your team members and assisting them equally. What do i Mean? For instance, Not all fingers are equal. This means there are some that are financially handicapped to get their SO or need more help than others and some are capable and some are more than capable.
2.To be a good Team Leader is to help and assist more those who are weak in your team giving them extra help if necessary till they are able to stand on their feet.
To those who are capable and strong, you assign more responsibilities to build their team by reassigning CSAs and PSAs to such.
To those who are more than capable, you invite them to the DD program to make them even more effective, stretching them further to build their SFI muscles, creating Successive Leaders in your team.
John C Maxwell said, 'Leaders Stretch In Challenges, Followers Shrink in Challenges and Quitters Die In Challenges.'
3. To be a good leader to your group is to teach the followers and quitters in your group to become Team Leaders like you for that is the whole purpose of SFI.
