For me, the specific way to help SFI have a BIG year in 2016 is to be more focused on helping my team members to strictly follow the new PLAN. Gone are the days when the plan is flexible that even with 10 EA2s and/or some TLs can help us achieve the PTL rank. Now, we need 4 GTLs to upgrade to PTL. But the good news is with the 1) Designated Diamonds Program, 2) Milestone Shares, 3) CSA Reassignments, 4) Signing Bonuses, 5) Leadership Gold, and etc. the excitement and positive energy is in the air that affiliates cannot ignore. These new additions could fire their enthusiasm and inspire them to be more active and serious doing the business. SFI is really committed to help us build our team and grow our business, so we should also commit to diligently use all the new power tools that SFI added to the system to help boost our business.
I will also encourage every affiliates to join hands and together LET’S BUILD SOMETHING GREAT in 2016!
