I think that these changes will improve very working conditions. Now it's faster and easier to get to the VP and quick tackling BTL with a single EA2 and a minimum of three estimates of the sponsors.
Of course still should try and work hard all tasks, work with members and enroll as many members that will work. The only way you're going to higher status.
