2. Commitment from the Sponsor side for the growth of the chosen Team Member.
3. Commitment from the chosen Team Member towards the Sponsor.
4. The commitment is sticking to certain tasks to be fulfilled spread over a period of time by
advancing from one level to the next level ultimately to the top most level of a "Diamond Team
Leader" by the chosen member.
5. The sponsor's commitment towards the Diamond Designated Member is to guide/help/assist by
all means possible and stand by the member till such time the goal is achieved.

Having understood the basics of this program, now whom should be invited from among the many Team Member we have:
1. The person who is an EA (Minimum qualification prescribed) & The issuer should be
EA2 and not a DTL already;
2. Commitment level towards Growth;
3. Communication level with the Sponsor;
4. Determination to be at least an EA every month;
5. Demonstration of seriousness about SFI;
6. Willingness to adhere to Time Plan to reach committed goals;
7. Eager to work closely with the Sponsor;
8. Attitude of "Not giving up mid way through".
Conclusion:
Just look for these qualities and send the invitation to such affiliates in your Team. If you study their Genealogy Report vis a vis the Movers List, you will be able to know whom should designed and work closely with.
Once you decided, please start working very closely. Explain everything about the DD program. Monitor the progress at different stages and support where ever necessary. That's it!! You got a DTL and you have also grown tremendously in the process!!
