The 1st thing to work on is your profile.
How do your affiliates see you? Do they see you as a serious business person who is dedicated and hard working? Is this what your VP Streak, EA Streak, your Leader board position etc.. is telling them?
You want your affiliates to understand that you are here to grow a successful business and that whatever you say and do business wise, are all for the benefit of the business. You are someone whose words and actions can be trusted and relied upon. You are someone who has in his heart the well being of his affiliates businesses. You are not selfish and not just for yourself.
Your communication must be the very best. Be clear, be concise and to the point. Always be sensitive, respectful and never rude. Never be dishonest, flippant, reckless or nonchalant about what you are saying.
If you have their respect that is half the battle won.
The other half is to do with the content of what you communicate.
Teach them the history of SFI. How it started, its development, where it is now and where its trending. SFI has a proud history of successes and I often feel that perhaps we dont tell these to our affiliates as often as we should. Its history certainly shows that it is a serious business with a huge potential.
Teach them the business and encourage learning not just about SFI but about anything that would help them grow their businesses. For example how to set goals, advertising, ROI, researching skills etc.. Make sure that they thoroughly understand the SFI 'system.'
Be up to date with all developments within SFI and ensure that these are brought to your affiliates attention. The developments and the innovations alone, for example the new ones recently released, clearly shows that this is not a hobby. SFI is a serious business.
The last one I want to mention here is the Comparison Chart. Bring this to their attention and let them see how SFI is proudly superior to all the other similar businesses.
