First try to teach your team the same things your sponsor has thought you. Communicate with your team on daily basic. Send them information which will help them understand this business. If they need specific help, send sometimes gift certificate to those who really deserve it.
Send invitations to PSAs–whom have the rank of at least EA but are not already DTLs with a new Designated Diamonds tool to motivate them.
Follow your genealogy in order to find members who are working well, contact them, offer help.
Just be available to them when they need your help. Let them feel that they may rely on you.
