If you are an example of an SFI affiliate with good earnings it should not be difficult. You can start by showing him/her your earnings. Describe what a typical day at SFI is like for you and what you have to do to earn.
If not, you can still describe what a typical day would be for them and what they have to do to earn.
You can explain:
-The compensation plan
- How we receive direct commission
- The different team leader ranks and how we receive payments.
It would help to communicate how investing money has helped you and will help them. You want to ensure that the affiliate has a business attitude and not a freebies one.
Advertising and Promotion- These are important in any business online or offline. They must be prepared to advertise and promote, so direct them to good sources of advertising.
Learning
There is a lot to be learnt, much more than you would have with a hobby. Direct them to the different training materials that are available and the Marketing Center. The evidence against a hobby and for a serious business is there.
