First of all I intend to invest more time and resources in promoting SFI because that is the key to grow. But I am thinking to do this in a smarter way and not necessarily in a hard way.
Being active on social media sites, using free safelists, blogging are just a few of the things you could do to attract more people to your team because you need a strong active partners to become successful.
Leading by example it's great to motivated the other so I intend to become a model too. Your experience will show not only your strong points but the mistakes as well.
Learning from your mistakes is beneficial for you but in the same time other people could spare their time avoiding these wrong steps you took.
Using all the tools provided by SFI it's not only easy but could bring you great results in the long run if not immediately.
One of my goal is also to be closer to my team and help them when they are in need, share with them the joy and the success.
