The success factors in our SFI business does not change. It is still depend on three factors namely.
1. Earning Versa Points to get the highest rank possible.
2. Finding and having different types of affiliates; PSA, CSA. ECA and PRM.
3. Leading/Teaching/Mentoring affiliates to follow what you are doing and become active. We call this duplication.
With the new requirements for ranks starting January, this should guide us on what to do differently in the coming year 2016.
Let me review these new requirements.
For BTL you need to have at least 1 EA in your PSA
For STL you need at least 2 BTL in your PSA
For GTL you need at least 3 STL
For PTL you need at least 4 GTL
and for DTL you need at least 5 PTL.
For me this suggests that I should shift more of my efforts and resources on finding PSA and help them attain the highest possible rank they could. So I will now double my efforts on Duplication and invest more on getting PSA rather than just earning VP.
Practically what I am saying is this. If I was investing $75 to earn VP and $25 in finding PSA now I will exchange the amount I am investing on earning VP and Finding PSA respectively.
If I am taking lots of efforts in earning VP now I will take more efforts in mentoring and leading my newly found PSA.
